Broken Veins or thread veins (facial):
As we age, or due to severe weather exposure, smoking or sensitivity the tiny blood vessels become dilated. Electrolysis can be used to fade these veins.
Spider Naevus :
A Spider Naevus is a central dilated blood vessel, with smaller capilaries radiating from it like the legs of a spider. They can be found in isolation or gathered together in clumps on areas such as the cheeks.
Blood Spot:
Found on the abdomen, these are bright red dome shape blemishes.
Milia or White Heads:
Small pearly lumps usually found around the eye area.
Skin Tags:
A fleshy growth commonly found around the neck, underarms, under the breasts or groin. Friction of necklaces or straps clothing that irritate are usually the cause.
Warts:
Various types such as plane, common or seborrhoea increase with age and appear individually or in clusters are very common and can be treated very successfully.
Seborrhoeic Warts:
These warts become much more common with increasing age and can grow up to two inches across.
Moles:
With a GP’s consent, moles with hairs can be treated, as well as removing the hairs, the mole may reduce in size and colour.
